At Nourish Haus, we’re committed to delivering high-quality handcrafted products and exceptional service. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Refund Policy – Faulty or Incorrect Items Only
We only offer refunds for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue.
Important notes:
Refunds are not available for change of mind, custom orders, or misuse of products.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, soaps, candles, diffusers, and grazing boxes are non-returnable, unless faulty.
Grazing Boxes – Deposit, Cancellation & Refunds
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your grazing box order.
Orders may be rescheduled depending on availability. Please notify us as early as possible to make any changes.
Full payment is required before delivery or pick-up.
No refunds are provided once a grazing box has been prepared or delivered.
Please allow a 1-hour delivery window from your selected time to ensure smooth coordination. A delivery fee will be quoted based on distance (km)
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made or personalised items—including custom candles, diffusers, and soaps—are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty. These are made specially for you and require confirmation before production.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it’s been confirmed:
Check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your payment provider—it may take several days for refunds to be processed.

Shipping Policy
Free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $150 (excluding grazing boxes).
Orders under $150 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee $15, shown at checkout.
Grazing boxes are available for local delivery or pickup from Kalkallo only. Please contact us to confirm your delivery area.
Once your order is dispatched, we are not liable for delays, damage, or lost parcels caused by third-party couriers.
A tracking number will be provided once your item is shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect deliveries due to customer errors.
